Welcome to the Wade Well Online Class Studio. This is your home base for moving better and building joint strength and mobility, coordination, balance, and capacity to support your time on the water and wherever else life takes you.

Developed and facilitated by Lindsay Kocka – professional movement, mobility, and recovery specialist, kettlebell trainer, and avid angler, inside the studio you'll find a wide variety of class formats.

  • If you want to move more dynamically and warm up → choose a Movement Session

  • If your joints feel stiff or limited → choose a Joint Training Session

  • If you feel sore or fatigued → choose a Recovery Session

  • If you want to fully relax, wind down, and prepare for sleep → choose a Restore Session

Inside the class library, you can filter classes through their various categories to find exactly what you need. Use these filters to quickly narrow things down. You’ll see options like:

  • Body area (hips, shoulders, full body, etc.)

  • Energy level (low, moderate, higher)

  • Position (ground, chair, wall, bed)

  • Equipment (none, tennis ball, strap or belt, etc.)

  • Class duration (>10 minutes, 20-30 minutes, etc.)

  • Use case (daily maintenance, pre-sleep, travel, mobility for casting, balance for wading, etc,)

You'll also find specialty programs continually added to the studio. Be sure to use the ones that support your goals.

A note from me to you: Keep it simple. You don’t need to do everything and you don’t need to do it perfectly.

A short, consistent practice goes a very long way, and there’s a science backed reason why so many of the classes contained in this studio are quite short. They're accessible by design, and are formatted to easily fit into your daily schedule or travel itinerary.

Daily 10 minute practices utilized regularly will change your life, your body, and how you feel. Seriously.

I recommend committing to a minimum of 3 sessions weekly. Find the classes that you love, add them to your favorites list, and come back to them frequently. These sessions aren't meant to be done just once. Keep them on repeat, and explore new ones whenever you feel inclined.

Fit these classes into your day as you’re able, choose what feels right, move at your own pace, and come back often.

Turn this studio space into somewhere that you visit daily, and you’ll quickly begin to notice progress in how you move, how you feel, and how you fish.

Happy Moving, Building, & Growing.
